TaTan User Service Agreement

1. Service Overview & Core Access Rights

Welcome to use TaTan - Video to GIF Converter, a professional and user-centric application designed to transform your precious video clips into high-quality, shareable GIF files with unparalleled ease and efficiency. By launching and using this application, you confirm your full acceptance of all the terms and provisions stated in this agreement, and you voluntarily abide by all the service rules formulated for the healthy operation of TaTan.

A core privilege of TaTan is that NO ACCOUNT REGISTRATION OR LOGIN IS REQUIRED for all functional usage. You can directly access all core features including one-click video conversion, frame rate customization, template application, work management and one-tap sharing without any personal information submission, which fully guarantees your quick and unimpeded use of the application.

2. Functional Usage Norms & Rights

TaTan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to use the application on your personal mobile device. You are entitled to freely select any video from your device library, extract your favorite moments and convert them into perfect GIF files within seconds through the one-click conversion function, and adjust the frame rate flexibly from 1 to 30 fps to create ultra-smooth or uniquely stylized animated GIFs according to your personal creative needs.

You may browse and apply all professional templates in our curated template library for quick and hassle-free GIF creation, and obtain endless creative inspiration from the diversified template resources. All your created GIF works can be centrally organized, edited and managed in the dedicated Works section, realizing seamless file control and efficient creative management. The finished GIF files can be shared to any social platform, chat application or device gallery with a single tap, enjoying the convenient and universal sharing experience brought by TaTan.

3. User Behavior & Responsibility Norms

When using TaTan's services, you shall ensure that all video materials used for conversion are legally owned by yourself or have obtained sufficient and valid authorization from the copyright holder. You shall not use the application to process, convert or distribute any video content that involves infringement, obscenity, violence, terrorism, discrimination, or violates public order and good customs, and shall bear all legal and economic liabilities arising from non-compliance with this provision.

You agree to use TaTan only for personal non-commercial purposes, and shall not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, crack or tamper with the application program and related technical data in any form, nor shall you use the application to engage in any behavior that endangers the security of mobile devices or the normal operation of the application.

4. Service Update & Functional Adjustment

The TaTan team is committed to continuous optimization and upgrade of the application, and has the right to regularly update the product functions, interface design and service content according to technical development, user demand feedback and market changes. The updated version will be pushed to your device in the form of application update prompts, and you can choose to update voluntarily to experience the new features and optimized services.

All functional adjustments and updates are designed to provide you with a better user experience, and the core service of video to GIF conversion will always be maintained stably. The updated content will be automatically integrated into this agreement, and your continued use of the updated version will be deemed as acceptance of the adjusted terms.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All intellectual property rights of TaTan application, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark right, patent right, design right, and all text, pictures, templates, icons and other content in the application, are exclusively owned by the TaTan development team. You shall not use, copy, distribute or modify the above intellectual property content without the written permission of the team.

For the GIF works created by you using TaTan, you shall enjoy the complete copyright and ownership of the works (subject to compliance with relevant laws and the source video copyright). TaTan will not claim any rights to your original works, nor will it use or disclose your works without your explicit consent.

6. Service Termination & Explanation

You can terminate the use of TaTan services at any time by uninstalling the application, and the termination of use will not affect the ownership of the GIF works you have created and saved in your device. If your behavior violates the provisions of this agreement and causes serious impact on the operation of TaTan, the team has the right to restrict or suspend your use of the application, and reserve the right to pursue relevant liabilities.
